About Us
We are a church that is ALL IN for Jesus. In doing so, we strive to become a faith family that knows Jesus intimately and proclaims Jesus confidently. We are sold out for the Gospel. We do this through engaging worship experiences, life connection groups, student and kids ministries, and serving opportunities both at the church and beyond.
Our church is a cooperating member of the Southern Baptist Convention and the Baptist General Convention of Texas.
We also are a member of the Lake Ivie Baptist Association.

About the Pastor
Bryan Cawley was called to be Pastor of First Baptist Mason in January 2021. Prior to answering this call, he has served churches in Texas and Oklahoma, primarily in the areas of Students, Collegiate Ministries, and Administration. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Master of Theological Studies, and Texas Tech University, Bachelor of Science in Family Studies. He has been married to Mandy for 16 years, and they have two wonderful daughters, Annalise and Brynlee. In his spare time, he enjoys Texas Rangers Baseball, Texas Tech Athletics, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family.
Bryan is passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and believes everything the church does should point to the Gospel. His hope is that First Baptist Mason embraces creativity and outside-the-box thinking to reach more people for Jesus and build Biblical Community that does life together and experiences the life-altering power of Jesus.
